Relocating from New York City to Los Angeles and performing with musicians who played in the movie studios inspired Diane Hubka to record these songs that debuted in film. She collaborated with pianist Christian Jacob (Maynard Ferguson, Tierney Sutton,) who wrote all the arrangements, as well as played piano.
The selections date from 1937 to 1979, mixing standards with superior obscurities, penned by some of the most acclaimed film composers of our time.
"Diane Hubka is heard at her very best throughout this memorable musical trip to the movies."

"Hubka wraps her clear-as-mountain-stream sound around “The Look of Love,” “Close Enough for Love,” “Wild is the Wind” and “All God’s Chillun Got Rhythm” with consistently winning results."
